Martin Olovsson
CEO and Co-founder

Martin cofounded OnDosis in 2017 based on a concept from AstraZeneca. He has solid experience from senior roles within the pharmaceutical industry across commercial and development at local, regional and global level. Martin has a past as Global lead for the Respiratory franchise in AstraZeneca and as CEO of the AstraZeneca Nordic-Baltic Region.

Jonas Bäck
Head of Business Development

Jonas has a background of 15 years within the management consulting industry, business development and working with transformation projects. Before joining OnDosis in 2019, he was working at EY Advisory Services, leading strategic projects for clients, for example within healthcare, med tech and pharmacy industry.

Joshua Carney
Chief Digital Officer

Joshua joined OnDosis in 2021. He has 10+ years of experience from IoT, open innovations, and M&A activities within the Med Tech industry. Joshua specializes in ensuring that scientific breakthroughs are combined with sound business development strategies. He previously held several leading roles within IoT and innovation at Essity.

Fia Ottemark
Head of Project Management Office

Fia leads OnDosis' Project Management Office, ensuring efficient delivery of the company's project portfolio from concept to market. She has 20+ years of experience in medical device and combination product development, spanning R&D, operations, and commercialization — most recently in various leadership roles at Mölnlycke Health Care, including the global commercialization of a key brand launch.

Johan Brandt
CFO

Johan joined OnDosis in 2022. He has over 15 years’ experience of financial management in both private and listed tech companies and a background as an authorized public accountant at EY, CFO of Nimbus, EVP and CFO of Arcam AB and CFO of Ovzon AB. Johan is also the founder and owner of Axellen AB and Chaiman of the board of Enairon AB.

Fredrik Mannerstråle
Head of QA/RA

Fredrik joined OnDosis in 2022. He has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for +25 years, as a specialist and in different managing positions. His experience includes GMP, drug, packaging/device and combination product development, mainly from AstraZeneca. For the last 10 years, Fredrik has been working within regulatory for device and combination products.

Tomas Lindström
Supply Chain Manager

Tomas joined OnDosis in 2023. He has 20+ years of experience from Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance and New Product Introductions (NPI) within the healthcare, medtech and enterprise industries. Tomas helps build reliable supply chains and improve production across global operations. He brings extensive international experience, having led global supply chain relations across North America and Asia.

Johan Hogner
Head of R&D

Johan joined OnDosis in 2024. He leads the research and development efforts at OnDosis, driving innovation and ensuring the company's technological advancements meet the highest standards. He has 25+ years of experience in innovation and developing state-of-the-art products for a global market.
